Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has commenced the deliveries of the newly launched Activa 6G Smart Key edition in our market. This variant of the company’s highest-selling model will be sold alongside the existing versions of the scooter.
The new Activa 6G Smart Key variant comes with a smart key that enables keyless operations on this scooter. The smart key can be used to lock/unlock the vehicle, access the under-seat storage, and open the fuel lid. Further, the key can also be used to locate the vehicle in the parking.
Meanwhile, the styling of the Smart Key variant remains identical to the standard Honda Activa 6G. Thus, this variant continues to use a single-pod headlight flanked by turn indicators at the front, chrome garnishing on the apron, body-coloured front fender, and a single-piece pillion grab rail. However, this variant gets newly designed alloy wheels that feature black colour. Further, the colour palette is similar to the existing variants as well and the new Activa 6G Smart Key is available in six paint options.
Similar to the styling, the mechanical specifications, too, remain similar to the standard variants. Thus, the Smart Key variant continues to use the BS6-compliant 109.51cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine.
The new Smart Key variant has been priced at Rs 80,537. In comparison, the Standard and Deluxe variants are available at Rs 74,536 and Rs 77,036, respectively.
