- Honda Activa continues to dominate scooter sales in India
- TVS Jupiter takes the second spot
- Suzuki Access 125 leads the 125cc scooter segment
The Honda Activa continued to lead scooter sales in the Indian market in October 2022. The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer sold 2,10,623 units of the Activa in our market last month. The second spot was taken by TVS Jupiter with 77,042 unit sales. The Suzuki Access 125, TVS Ntorq, and Honda Dio took the third, fourth, and fifth positions, respectively.
Suzuki sold a total of 49,192 units of the Access, thus leading the 125cc scooter segment sales. Meanwhile, the TVS Ntorq and Honda Dio registered sales of 31,049 units and 24,134 units, respectively. Check out the sales chart of the top five scooters sold in the Indian market below:

As can be seen, all scooters, except the Honda Dio, registered growth in year-on-year sales.
