- CB1100 replacement bike unveil soon
- Likely to get an engine from Africa-Twin
- Unveil at Tokyo Motor Show
Honda have been looking to replace the CB1100 motorcycle and if rumours are to be believed then we might see a new motorcycle in the next few weeks.
According to a report, the Japanese brand is planning to launch a new bike that could be called the Hawk 1100. This motorcycle might replace the CB1100 and will have an engine based on the Africa-Twin. The current air-cooled setup on the CB1100 may not be able to meet the stringent emission norms in Europe and other part of the world and that is why the brand is looking to take an approach that it took with the Rebel 1100 and the NT1100.
As of now, there aren’t much details on this upcoming Honda, but the bike is likely to make its world debut sometime next month. Tokyo Motor Show takes place in March end and there’s a high chance we’ll see a full reveal of this bike there.
