- Fields six riders in INMRC
- 20 riders to compete in CBR250R One Make series
- Announces Honda India Talent Cup
Idemitsu Honda Racing India and Ten10 Racing has announced its rider line-up for the 2018 Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC), which will be flagged off tomorrow. Honda will also be conducting the first round of the sixth CBR250R One Make championship over the weekend.
This season, Honda has fielded six racers in two categories of the INMRC. Rajiv Sethu, who lost the SuperSport 165 title in 2017 by just one point, will aim for glory in the premier class along with Sarath Kumar and Mathana Kumar. In the Pro Stock 165 class, Honda’s assault will be led by Anish Shetty, Senthil Kumar and Mithun Kumar.
Honda will also be conducting the sixth edition of its One Make series, the CBR 250R Cup. Honda has been conducting One Make series since 2008, with the CBR 250R Cup being first flagged off in 2012. This year, 20 riders will compete in the series. Apart from this, the team also announced its roadmap for the Honda India Talent Cup, which will be run across different cities in the country to identify young talent.
