- CB Hornet 160R, CBR250R price hiked by Rs 559
- Price increase is for all variants
Honda has increased the prices of two premium motorcycles, the CB Hornet 160R and the CBR250R. The company has increased the prices by Rs 559 and is applicable to all variants.
With this hike, the CB Hornet 160R is now priced at Rs 85,234 for the base model, and the top-end ABS model retails at Rs 92,675. The base model of the quarter-litre CBR250R is now priced at Rs 1,64,143 whereas the top-spec ABS retails at Rs 1,93,666. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
Both the motorcycles were showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo, and was later launched in the Indian market. The CB Hornet 160R has been one of the highest-selling motorcycles for Honda. The credit goes to the overall styling and the brand value of the country. However, the CBR250R didn’t have such a fan following. It debuted earlier this year after it went off sale due to the lack of BS-IV engine last year. The company is expecting the 2018 version of the CBR250R will do well in the country.
