Honda has unveiled the flex-fuel version of the CB300F streetfighter at Bharat Mobility Expo 2024. The motorcycle uses the Honda Flex Tech, which allows an ethanol blending of up to 85 per cent.
Barring the updated engine, the Honda CB300F flex-fuel version remains unchanged. Powering the motorcycle is a 293.52cc, single-cylinder engine that is compliant with E20 and E85 blended fuels. The motor produces 24.13bhp at 7,500rpm and 25.6Nm at 5,500rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The CB300F rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, which are suspended by upside-down forks at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the back. Meanwhile, the motorcycle comes equipped with modern features such as a traction control system, dual-channel ABS, and an assist and slipper clutch. Further, it also gets a full-LED lighting system, digital instrument console and Bluetooth connectivity.
Meanwhile, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India recently slashed the price of the standard CB300F by Rs. 56,000, bringing the price down to Rs. 1.70 lakh (ex-showroom).
