Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has launched the CD110 Dream CBS in the country with a price tag of Rs 50,028 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The CD110 Dream CBS costs a premium of Rs 878 over the non-CBS model which will be taken off the shelves on 1 April when the mandate is implemented. Apart from the CBS, the bike remains the same both cosmetically and mechanically.
Powering the motorcycle is a 109cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor which produces 8.31bhp and 9.09Nm of torque and is mated to a four-speed gearbox. The CD110 Dream CBS sports a drum brake setup on both ends without the option of a disc brake. Suspension duties are taken care of by telescopic front forks and twin shocks at the rear. The bike rides on 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 80/100 section tubeless tyres on both ends.
The Honda CD110 Dream CBS competes against Bajaj Platina 110 CBS, TVS Radeon, Hero Splendor iSmart 110 and the TVS Star City Plus SBT in the country.
