- New CB350-based scrambler launch in 2025
- Gets rugged tank design
- Will use 350cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine
Just a few days ago, we told you about Honda’s intention to take on Royal Enfield with a new 350cc adventure. This bike will be based on the CB350 platform, but the overall styling has been inspired by the Himalayan 411.
Now, a design patent picture of another motorcycle has been leaked and it looks like a scrambler. This upcoming motorcycle will look more rugged than the CB350 RS that is on sale in India right now. From the picture, it is clear that this new Honda 350cc scrambler will sport metal frames on the side of the fuel tank, fork gaiters and also an upswept exhaust. The rest of the bit looks exactly like the Adventure.
Honda is likely to use the same chassis and the engine to build this scrambler. In fact, the brand is unlikely to tweak the tuning of the engine to suit the bike’s nature. But there’s a high chance that the gear ratios will be tweaked with. The majority of the cycle parts are also likely to be borrowed from the CB350 to keep the costs in check.
As of now, Honda hasn’t commented on the official launch of this bike but we can expect it to take place in early 2025. In terms of pricing, the upcoming adventure and the scrambler will be priced above the current CB350 range.
