Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has increased the ex-showroom prices of the Dio BS6 by Rs 552. Post the price revision, the base version (STD) of Dio BS6 scooter is available for Rs 60,542 as against Rs 59,990. The premium version (DLX) is now listed at Rs 63,892 as against 63,340.
The two variants of the 110cc scooter are distinguished by the colour options and the features. The standard version, for example, is available in five paint options – Mat Axis Grey Metallic, Candy Jazzy Blue, Sports Red and Vibrant Orange. The deluxe model, on the other hand, is available in three colours – Mat Sangria Red Metallic, Mat Axis Grey Metallic and Dazzle Yellow Metallic. The deluxe version also gets gold-coloured wheels.
The features, too, are different on two variants. The base version uses a halogen headlight and an analogue instrument cluster. The DLX model comes equipped with a LED headlight and a digital instrument cluster. The digital display comes with functions such as real-time fuel economy, average fuel economy, distance to empty and a three-step eco-indicator.
Common features on both models include silent start, PGM-FI, external fuel cap and an engine stop switch. The side-stand engine cut-off is an optional extra.
