- Honda Dio BS6 now dearer by Rs 955
- Is available in two variants
- Second price hike since launch
Honda has increased the price of the Dio in India by Rs 955 across the two variants it is available in. The standard variant is now priced at Rs 61,497 while the DLX version is pegged at Rs 64,847 (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
This is the second time that Honda has hiked the price of the 110cc scooter since its launch in February this year. However, despite the price hike, the Dio remains unchanged. Nevertheless, it offers decent features like full-LED headlamp, ACG silent starter, side stand engine cut-off, external fuel filler lid, dual function switch which integrates seat and fuel lid opener along with a front apron pocket.
The Honda Dio also comes with a semi-digital instrument cluster as standard. Powering the scooter is a 110cc engine that gets Honda’s programmed fuel-injection system that churns out 7.9bhp of power and 8.9Nm of torque. Honda is offering the Dio in a choice of seven colour options.
