Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have launched the Dio Sports in India. It’s a limited edition model and will be sold from Honda's Red Wing dealerships. The Dio Sports will be offered in two variants: Standard and Deluxe.
Compared to the base model, the Dio Sports gets two new paint schemes of Strontium Silver Metallic with Black and Sports Red with Black. That said, the 110cc single–cylinder motor dishing out 7.6bhp and 9Nm remains unaltered.
The Honda Dio Sports features the same sporty design. It’s equipped with an LED headlight and an LCD instrument console. The suspension hardware comprises telescopic front forks and a 3-step adjustable rear shock. Its braking setup includes a 130mm drum brake at both ends.
The asking price for the Honda Dio Sports is set to Rs 68,317 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the standard trim and Rs 73,317 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the Deluxe model. Compared to their respective base trims, the Sports Standard model costs Rs 500 more and the Sports Deluxe model gets a premium of Rs 2,000.
