Honda Doctor Activa door step service coming soon

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India is planning to roll out a new door-to-door service with their most selling scooter, the Activa in mind. Called ‘Doctor Activa’, the scooter will be equipped with all the tools and spares required to service a motorcycle and a scooter.

The Doctor Activa will be available at all Honda service centers in the country but will play a major role in rural areas where the reach is much less as compared to urban areas. This new service will join the company’s existing mobile service vans that will help them to take their service to the next level and help them build a giant service network.

The Doctor Activa scooter will be dispatched to a customer’s doorstep along with a technician but for major repairs, the customer needs to visit the nearest service center.  The new service will be rolled out next month.
