While the motorcycle retails at Rs 26.85 lakhs, the motorcycle could be booked for a token amount of Rs 3 lakhs. Now though, the bookings have closed as all 50 units allocated for India have been sold out. The company will start delivering the motorcycles by the end of this month.
A luxury-touring motorcycle, the Goldwing was the most expensive Honda on sale in India. Powered by a 125 horsepower six-cylinder engine, it gets a slew of creature comforts like LED headlamps, electronically adjustable suspension and windscreen, keyless ignition, hill-start assist, remote-locking panniers and a seven-inch TFT colour display. While you can no longer get your hands on this bike, there are other luxury-touring bikes in the market like the Indian Chieftain Dark Horse, Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special and the Moto Guzzi MGX-21.
