Honda has updated its 125cc premium scooter, the Grazia for 2019. Limited only to the top-end DX variant, the changes on the Grazia include new ‘DX’ stickering on the front apron along with the addition of a new colour - Pearl Siren Blue. The updates have hiked its price minimally by around Rs 300 and now, the Honda Grazia DX retails at Rs 64,668. Meanwhile, the prices of the drum brake variant and drum with alloy trim remain the same at Rs 59,922 and Rs 61,852, respectively. (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Honda Grazia sits above the Activa 125 and boasts of a swanky styling with sharp lines and creases flowing across its body panels. It sports apron-mounted headlamps which are LED units, flanked by turn indicators. The instrumentation features a twin-digital cluster. Powering the Grazia is a 124.9cc engine which produces 8.5bhp and 10.5Nm.
Talking about the cycle parts, suspension duties on the Grazia are handled by telescopic forks on the front and a hydraulic monoshock at the rear. Braking is taken care of by drum brakes in the standard variant while the DX version incorporates a disc brake for the front. Honda’s Combi-braking system is standard in all variants. Weighing 107kgs (kerb), the Grazia comes with a fuel tank capacity of 5.3 litres.
The Honda Grazia locks horns with the Suzuki Access 125, TVS Ntorq 125, Suzuki Burgman Street 125 and the Aprilia SR125 in its segment.
