Honda has spiced things up for its small-size modern-classic offering, the Hness CB350, by introducing a couple of factory custom kits for the motorcycle. Now, the existing CB350 owners or new buyers can make their bike either look like a tourer, scrambler or café racer by installing one of these new kits. In case you’re more inclined towards the latter, here are some of the pictures of the café racer kit along with details.
The kit comprises a small retro-style bubble cowl that lends the front fascia of the bike an attractive vintage look. It comes draped in a colour matching the fuel tank and the rear cowl.
Completing the café racer look is a sleek cowl which sits in place of the pillion seat and blends nicely with the old-school ribbed-pattern seat.
Notably, the café racer pack is the most expensive of all the other kits with a price tag of Rs 22,600. Interested customers can install it at the dealership before getting their new bike delivered.
Apart from the introduction of these kits, the Honda Hness CB350 has also received OBD2-A (on-board diagnostic) system that will be mandatory from 1 April, 2023.
All the other mechanical details of the Hness remain unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 348cc, air-cooled engine that produces 20.78bhp and 30Nm and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox.
It rides on a 19-18-inch alloy wheel combination that is suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs while stopping power comes from a single disc at both ends. Dual-channel ABS comes as standard on this bike.
