- Honda H’Ness CB350 registers a sale of 4,067 units
- Was launched in October 2020
- Competes against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350
The Honda H’Ness CB350 was launched in India in October 2020 and in the first month, the motorcycle registered a sale of 1,290 units.
However, in November, the sales for the H’Ness CB350 jumped to 4,067 units. While this does indicate that the retro-style motorcycle is off to a good start, its biggest competitor, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 registered a sale of over 7,000 units in the same period. And this could be due to the limited reach Honda has with the Big Wing showrooms- where the CB350 is exclusively sold.
The Honda H’Ness CB350 is available at Rs 1.85 lakh for the base variant and Rs 1.90 lakh for the DLX variant (ex-showroom). In terms of styling, the H’Ness CB350 looks like a replica of the CB350 from yesteryear although with touches of modernity thanks to its full-LED lighting. That’s not all, Honda has also equipped the CB350 with its Selectable Torque Control as well as a Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster that shows call and text alerts along with navigation. Powering the motorcycle is a 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 21bhp of power and 30Nm of torque. The motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch.
