Honda 2Wheelers India is offering a discount on its Hornet 2.0. Customers are entitled to avail a cashback of five percent up to Rs 3,500. However, this offer is only available for customers opting for the SBI credit card EMI scheme. The offer is valid from 1 May to 30 June 2021.
The Honda Hornet 2.0 is available with two variants, Standard and Repsol Edition. The respective ex-showroom (Mumbai) prices of both variants are as follows:
Honda Hornet 2.0 Standard: Rs 1,31,270
Honda Hornet 2.0 Repsol Edition: Rs 1,33,270
Both the variants are differentiated by colour options. The Standard variant has four colours on offer: Matte Axis Grey Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Sangria Red Metallic and Pearl Igneous Black. Meanwhile, the Repsol Edition gets the Orange Repsol colour combination. The Hornet 2.0 is offered with features like all LED lights and a digital instrument cluster.
Both the variants remain unchanged on the mechanical front. It's powered by a 184.4cc SI BS6 engine that sits in a diamond-type chassis and churns out 17.03bhp at 8,500rpm and 16.1Nm at 6000rpm. All this power and torque is taken to its wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox. The ride here is taken care of by USD forks at the front and monoshock at the rear. For effective braking it employs a disc on both ends, assisted by a single-channel ABS.
