Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has finally launched the updated CBR150R and the CBR250R. The bikes have been priced at Rs 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.60 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.
The company had revealed these bikes during RevFest that took place in August this year. This is the same festival where it launched the CBR650F and also unveiled the CB Hornet 160R. With these updated [FV1] CBR150R and the CBR250R, Honda wants to add some freshness to its line-up.
While the CBR150R will be sold in only one version, the CBR250R will be available in two options – standard and C-ABS versions. Both the bikes have been updated only cosmetically with the addition of new colours and decals. Mechanically, the CBR150R continues to be powered by the same 150cc single cylinder liquid-cooled engine that churns out 18bhp at 10,500rpm and peak torque of 12.66Nm at 8500rpm. In case of the CBR250R, it still gets the 249cc single cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 26bhp at 8500rpm and 23Nm at 7000rpm.
The updated CBR150R is available in three colours – candy palm green, jazzy blue metallic and sports red, whereas the CBR250R gets pearl amazing white, black and sports red as new colours.
