The Honda NX500 was recently launched in India to replace the brand’s only 500cc motorcycle- the CB500X. While the NX is based on the latter, it comes with features that are new and set it apart from the CB. That said, the motorcycle has been priced at Rs 5.90 lakh, ex-showroom making it just Rs 5,000 more expensive than its rival- the Benelli TRK 502 and considerably cheaper than the Kawasaki Versys 650. Here we list the on-road prices of the Honda NX500 in the top 10 cities of India.
As mentioned above, the Honda NX500 costs the least on-road in Ahmedabad, Gujarat while Bengaluru is the most expensive city to purchase the motorcycle in. Well, powering the Honda NX500 is a 471cc, 47bhp and 43Nm producing parallel-twin engine mated to a six-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch.
It uses a pair of Showa SFF-BP inverted forks and a monoshock and rides on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheel with dual-purpose tyres. On the other hand, braking is done with 296mm discs up front and a 240mm rear disc. Its list of features is decent too and consists of full-LED lighting, a five-inch colour TFT with Bluetooth and switchable traction control.
