In order to mark the end of 2020, Honda has introduced cashback scheme on the purchase of its multiple offerings which also includes its highest-selling product, the Activa 6G. The company is offering a cashback of up to Rs 5,000 on credit or debit card EMI linked to one of Honda’s partner banks. Under this offer, the customers save the hassle of hypothecation and documentation process while there’s no need to pay the down payment either.
The Honda Activa 6G is India’s most popular family scooter aimed at the riders of every age group. It received a number of hardware changes during the BS6 transition such as the replacement of link-type front suspension by telescopic forks and inclusion of 12-inch front wheel, as against the previous 10-inch unit. The 110cc engine is also fuel-injected now which churns out 7.68bhp and 8.79Nm. Other new elements include an external fuel filler cap, an engine start-stop switch and a silent starter.
Honda offers the Activa 6G in two variants including standard and deluxe which are priced at Rs 65,892 and Rs 67,392, respectively (both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi). Moreover, there are six colour options available – blue, red, yellow, black, white and grey. In terms of displacement and purpose, it goes up against the TVS Jupiter.
