- Rebel 500 Bobber Supreme Edition launched in Thailand
- Limited to 100 units
- Gets cosmetic changes that give it a retro look
Honda has launched the Rebel 500 Bobber Supreme Edition in Thailand. The motorcycle is a limited-edition model with only 100 units to be produced.
To justify its exclusive tag, the Rebel 500 Bobber Supreme Edition sports a headlamp cowl over its full-LED headlamp. It also gets a brown cross-stitched seat, an aluminum-finished radiator grille, and a large engine guard. Honda has also paid attention to differentiating the limited-edition Rebel 500 in the smallest details. The motorcycle gets a new brake fluid reservoir cap, new tyre valve caps and fork gaiters as well.
The manufacturer also offering accessories like a pillion seat and footrest, saddlebags, panniers and rear luggage rack as optional accessories. Apart from the cosmetic upgrades, the Rebel 500 Bobber Supreme edition remains the same and comes powered by a 471cc, liquid-cooled engine that churns out 45bhp of power and 43Nm of torque.
Honda had announced that it will launch new models in India later this year. And while the limited-edition Bobber Supreme is unlikely to make it here, we can expect the standard Rebel 500 to be launched in the country. It will take on the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and the upcoming Bajaj-Triumph motorcycle as competition.
