Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India witnessed massive success with the Shine (125) over the years. Now, the Japanese two-wheeler brand was yet to cater to the 100cc commuter bike market in India, which has been dominated by the Hero Splendor for a long time. In a bid to serve in the said segment, Honda launched the Shine 100 recently. It’s based on the Shine 125 in terms of styling, and mechanicals to some extent, but comes with a much lower asking price and a 100cc motor. But how much does it exactly cost in the top 10 cities? Well, here’s the list.
Honda has equipped the Shine 100 with basic features. It gets a halogen headlight, analogue instrument console, telescopic front forks with dual rear shocks, and drum brakes at both ends. It competes directly against the Hero Super Splendor and HF Deluxe.
