Honda 2Wheelers India has announced the launch of the new Shine Celebration edition in our market at an ex-showroom (Delhi) price tag starting from Rs 78,878. With the launch of the Celebration edition, the Honda Shine range is now available in seven colours.
The standard variant of the motorcycle is listed in five colours – Black, Genny Grey Metallic, Decent Blue Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, and Matte Axis Grey. The Celebration edition, on the other hand, is available in two paint options – Matte Steel Black Metallic and Matte Sangria Red Metallic. This edition gets similar graphics as the standard model although the decals feature a gold colour. Further, the Celebration edition also gets gold-coloured accents and brown cover for the saddle. Lastly, all paint options feature a body-coloured front fender.
The mechanical specifications are identical for across the variants. Thus, the Honda Shine range uses a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that makes 10.59bhp and 11Nm of peak torque. The engine is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The hardware comprises diamond-type frame, telescopic front forks, and twin rear springs. The braking setup on the base version comprises drum units on both wheels while a front disc version is available at a slightly higher price tag.
