Honda has launched the online booking website for the Indian market. The company plans to provide easy and seamless booking experience through this new platform.  

Currently, the customers have to visit the dealership to complete the booking procedure. However, with this new route, the customers can book their Honda motorcycle or scooter at home. He or she needs to visit the ‘Book Now’ option where the booking procedure will begin. Things like name, contact number, email address needs to be entered in the first page, followed by model details like model name, variant and colour along with dealership names. Once booking is done, the customer will get a booking number.  

The customer then needs to visit dealership to complete the buying process like payment of the remaining amount, documentation and loan formalities. The company claims that incase of cancellation, the customer will get a full refund of the booking amount. Currently, six models can be purchased online – CD 110 Dream, Livo, Shine, SP 125, Unicorn and X-Blade.
