The new Honda SP160 carries modern styling cues that comprise a sharp design for the headlight, a body-coloured headlight cowl, fuel tank shrouds for a muscular look, a step-up saddle, and a side-slung exhaust. This premium commuter motorcycle is available in six options – Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Axis Gray Metallic, Matte Dark Blue Metallic, Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Igneous Black, and Pearl Deep Ground Gray. These paint options are accompanied by subtle graphics that are visible on the fuel tank and the rear panel.
What are the features of the new Honda SP160?
The feature list on the new SP160 includes an LED headlight, an LED taillight, bulb-type turn indicators, a fully digital instrument cluster, an engine stop switch, and a hazard switch. The fully-digital console shows the speedometer, odometer, trip meter, side stand indicator, gear position indicator, fuel level readout, clock, and average fuel consumption. Then, the electronic rider aids are limited to single-channel ABS and a side-stand engine cut-off function.
What are the mechanical specifications of the new Honda SP160?
The mechanical specifications on the new SP160 comprise the same 162.71cc, single-cylinder motor as the Unicorn 160. Linked to a five-speed gearbox, this engine delivers a maximum output of 13.2bhp and a peak torque of 14.59Nm. Notably, this motor complies with the OBD-2 norms and E20 fuel requirements.
What hardware does the new Honda SP160 use?
The new SP160 uses telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock to handle the shock absorption tasks. Then, the braking setup includes a 276mm front disc and a 130mm rear drum on the base version. Further, the premium version comes with a 220mm rear disc. Notably, both variants use a single-channel ABS.

The single-disc version is priced at Rs. 1,17,500 and the double-disc variant costs Rs. 1,21,900 (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
