- Teased on its social media handles
- Gets a split seat, and round mirrors like the standard Hness CB350
- Likely to be a new variant of the existing Hness model
Honda India has teased a new upcoming bike on its social media handles. The teaser video and image show that the new offering is oriented towards an old-school design. It could also be a new variant of the existing Hness CB350 since the teaser image shows a tubular grab rail, a split seat with a tan leather cover, a single-piece handlebar and round mirror. All the aforementioned elements look similar to those of the Hness’.
Then, the teaser video also shows telescopic front forks, a Nissin front brake caliper, and an alloy wheel which also resembles the Hness CB350’s equipment. So, it won’t be a surprise if Honda does launch another trim for the aforementioned model itself.
Currently, there are four variants of the Honda Hness CB350 on sale in India – DLX, DLX Pro, DLX Pro Chrome, and Legacy Edition. All of them are powered by the same 348.36cc single-cylinder engine that makes 20.78bhp and 30Nm. It is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The feature list includes LED illumination, ABS, side stand engine cut-off, and voice control (not available on DLX mode). The design too is the same for all the models.
Honda will launch the new model very soon but hasn’t revealed the date as of now. Once launched, it will rival the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Bullet 350.
