Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI), has tied up with the largest Regional Rural Bank in the North East, the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank for new retail finance. The company announced this association with the bank at a special ceremony in Guwahati.
HMSI has earlier paired with co-operative, gramin and non-banking financial institutions in different states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal for making two-wheeler retail finance easily available at state as well as in the pan-India level.
This partnership will help prospective buyers get easy access to opt for different finance schemes for buying a new two-wheeler. They will also have easy access as Assam Gramin Vikash Bank operates in most regions in Assam. United Bank of India has sponsored 388 branches.
Customers will be provided with many attractive value additions. These benefits comprise of the daily reducing interest rates, minimum processing fee and hassle free loans with nil documentation. Buyers can now avail a loan amount of up to 80 per cent for two-wheelers bought from Honda.
