Honda will conduct the first round of the CBR 150R class at the Idemitsu Honda India Talent Cup which is scheduled this weekend.
The CBR 150R category will witness 6 riders competing against each other on a race-tuned CBR 150R. The riders for this category were selected at the ‘Honda India Talent Hunt’ that was organized in Bangalore a couple of weeks ago. The candidates were then trained by experts at the Honda Ten10 Racing Academy. As the talent hunt moves to other cities, more riders will be joining the grid.
Apart from Round 1 of the CBR 150R class, the Round 2 of the Idemitsu Honda Talent Cup, TVS One Make championship and the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC) will be conducted at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT), Chennai.The second round of the 2018 INMRC consists of 12 classes in total. Honda has two categories, the CBR 150R and CBR 250R classes. The National Championship has 5 categories- Open, Novice, Pro-stock 165 and Super Stock 165, Pro-stock 301-400cc and Ladies. TVS will have the Novice, Open, Ladies and Media categories along with the Apache RR 310 Cup.
