Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. (HMSI) will kick off Revfest tomorrow across various cities in India. The company will launch the much-awaited Honda CBR650F motorcycle at the event and accompanying the tourer motorcycle there will also be the updated versions of the CBR250R and CBR150R motorcycles.
The motorcycles are facelifted versions of the existing models and get a new paint scheme. Both the motorcycles adorn new decals to give it a fresh avatar. The present fully-faired motorcycles are already stylish motorcycles with the integrated sporty cowl and with this update the manufacturer has further enhanced the appeal of the motorcycles.
The powertrain on both the motorcycles will be the same and there are no upgrades to the engine. The CBR250R is powered by a 249cc single cylinder liquid cooled fuel injected engine that produces 26.15bhp of power at 8,500rpm and 22.9Nm of torque at 7,000rpm. The CBR150R also continues to be powered by the 150cc fuel injected single cylinder motor that churns out 18.28bhp of power at 10,500rpm and 12.66Nm of torque at 8,500rpm. The transmission also continues to be the six-speed manual gearbox.
