Honda 2Wheelers India has hiked the prices of its products and its popular commuter motorcycle, the Unicorn BS6 is also affected by the increase. The Honda Unicorn BS6, which is sold in a single variant, is now available at Rs 95,738 as against its previous price tag of Rs 95,152.
This marginal price increase does not bring any cosmetic or mechanical upgrades to the commuter motorcycle. Thus, the Unicorn BS6 continues to feature a front cowl with smoked visor and chrome crown over the headlight, a 3D Honda logo on the fuel tank, chrome highlights on the side panel, a digital instrument cluster, and an engine stop switch.
The hardware comprises of telescopic front forks, rear mono-shock, a 240mm disc brake at the front, a 130mm drum brake at the back, and a single-channel ABS. Mechanical specifications include a 162.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that makes 12.73bhp and 14Nm. The motor is linked to a five-speed gearbox.
