- Honda Hness CB350 updated in Japan
- Introduced in a new colour option
- Mechanical details remain unchanged
Honda has updated its modern-classic offering, the Hness CB350, for 2024 in Japan. In its home country, Honda calls it the GB350 and has introduced a new colour option for the motorcycle - Matte Pearl Glare White. This trim will be sold alongside the existing paint schemes including Matte Pearl Morion Black and Matte Jeans Blue Metallic. All these colour options also get black rear suspension now, as opposed to the chrome-finished springs on the previous model.
In all other areas, the Honda Hness CB350 remains unchanged in Japan. It retains the modern-classic styling that harks back to Honda bikes of the yesteryear. A circular design theme has been maintained for several components like the mirrors, headlamp, turn indicators, engine casing, and fuel tank. On the contrary, the bike is equipped with modern features like a traction control system, Honda Smartphone Voice Control, a USB charging port, and a semi-digital instrument cluster.
Powering the CB350 is a 348cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.78bhp at 5,500rpm and 30Nm of peak torque that comes in at 3,000rpm. This unit comes mated to a five-speed gearbox accompanied by an assist and slipper clutch. As for the cycle parts, it rides on a 19-18-inch alloy wheel combination that is suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs. Furthermore, braking is handled by a single disc at both ends.
In India, the Honda Hness CB350 is available in as many as ten colour options which doesn’t include the white shade that has now been introduced in Japan. The prices of the Hness start from Rs 2.10 lakh and go up to Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
