Honda India will finally unveil its most ambitious motorcycle on September 30. This motorcycle will go against one of the Royal Enfields.
The company has released a teaser that reveals the exhaust sound of this upcoming motorcycle. From this teaser, it is clear that this bike will be a cruiser in nature and will have a strong thump. It makes us believe that Honda has readied a 300cc-350cc motorcycle for the Indian market. While there have been reports about the Rebel 300 making its India debut, we don’t think a motorcycle like Rebel would work in India as its styling is something won’t be acceptable by the masses.
Honda must have developed a new platform for the Indian market as it has ambitious plans of expanding its presence in the premium motorcycle segment. This bike will be sold via company’s Big Wing dealer network. Like most of its products, this Honda too will demand premium money.
We are honestly quite excited to see what Honda has developed for the Indian market. It will be interesting to see if this motorcycle will entice the Royal Enfield base.
