- 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 unveiled
- Gets new colours
- No other changes to engine or features
Kawasaki has updated most of its Ninja range for international markets including the Ninja 1000 SX. While the motorcycle will be available in other countries soon, we can expect it to be India-bound sometime in 2024.
Now, the 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX remains largely the same in terms of engine, hardware and features. Even its design hasn’t deviated from the 2023 model and continues to have the typical aggressive styling to suit the Ninja moniker. So, you can expect it to come with a full-fairing that sports sharp lines and creases and a sharp tail section too. However, for 2024, the Ninja 1000 SX comes with a new Metallic Matte Graphite Gray colour that is combined with Metallic Diablo Black. This paint scheme also consists of contrasting red highlights on the fairing.
Since the rest of the motorcycle remains untouched, the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX continues to come with a pair of LED headlights, a TFT colour display and ride aids like ABS, cruise control, riding modes and three-level traction contol. It also gets two power modes, a quick-shufter and Kawasaki Cornering Management Function. Powering the Ninja 1000 is a 1043cc, inline-four cylinder engine that churns out 140bhp and 111Nm. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox that comes with a slipper and assist clutch.
