- Gets two new colours
- No changes to features or specifications
- Indian launch likely in early 2022
Apart from the 2022 390 Adventure, KTM has also unveiled the updated 250 Adventure. For 2022, the quarter-litre adventure tourer gets two new, dual-tone colours – orange/white and blue/white. The changes are limited to the revision of the colour palette. The specifications and features, on the other hand, remain unaltered.
Thus, the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure continues to feature a halogen headlight with twin LED DRLs at the front, a digital instrument cluster, and a dual-channel ABS with off-road mode. The mechanical specifications retain the 248.8cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to deliver 29.5bhp of maximum power and 24Nm of peak torque.
The hardware, too, remains similar to the outgoing version and the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure continues to use WP-sourced upside-down front forks and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock. The braking tasks are handled by a 320mm single disc at the front and a 230mm single rotor at the back.
The Indian launch details of the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure aren’t available yet, although we expect to see the updated quarter-litre adventurer tourer, along with the 2022 390 Adventure on our shores in early 2022. While the Indian launch details for the updated Adventure series are not available, KTM India has confirmed that the all-new RC 390 will reach our shores very soon.
