- BMW C400 GT updated for 2023
- Receives a new colour scheme
- Could be launched in India by end of this year
BMW Motorrad has unveiled the 2023 C400 GT scooter that will be available in international markets soon. We can expect the manufacturer to introduce the updated version in India by the end of this year.
As part of the update the C400 GT gets a new colour scheme called Exclusive Callisto Grey Metallic. The new paint is also adorned with gold brake calipers at the front. Well, besides this colour, BMW Motorrad will continue to offer the C400 GT in Triple Black and Alpine White- the colour in which we tested the scooter here. And besides the cosmetic changes, the 2023 model is also offered with the option to turn off the self-cancelling indicators through the instrument cluster.
However, the rest of the 2023 BMW C400 GT gets no changes. It is powered by a350cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 33.5bhp at 7,500rpm and 35Nm of peak torque at 5,750rpm and is mated to a CVT. The feature list is top-notch too and boasts of keyless ignition, full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled 6.5-inch screen , 12-volt charging socket and a USB charging interface.
In India, the C400 GT is the biggest scooter available. It is also the most expensive at Rs 10.40 lakh, ex-showroom. If you want to look for an affordable option, there is the Keeway Vieste 300 and Sixties 300 under Rs 3.5 lakh as well as the Yamaha Aerox 155.
