- Will rival the likes of DucatiMonster and BMW F 900 R in India
The India-bound 2023 Triumph Street Triple 765 will be unveiled this week. The Indian availability details have not been announced yet, but we expect this motorcycle to arrive on our shores soon after its international launch. As of now, the British marque has announced via its social media handles that the motorcycle will be unveiled on 3 November, 2022.
The details are limited and Triumph Motorcycles has remained tight-lipped about the mechanical specifications and feature list. However, the company has released a teaser video and images, giving a brief glimpse at the twin-pod LED headlight, fully-digital instrument cluster, upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, dual discs at the front, and a single rotor at the back.
Meanwhile, as the name suggests, this upcoming version will retain the 765cc, inline-three-cylinder motor. This motor already complies with the latest emission norms. The new model will most likely carry a price premium over its predecessor. Once launched, the new Street Triple 765 will rival the Ducati Monster, BMW F 900 R, and Kawasaki Z900 in the Indian market. Internationally, it will further compete with the KTM 890 Duke and Yamaha MT-09, among others.
