- KTM 200 Duke priced at USD 3,999 (Rs 2.98 lakh)
- Slightly different than the India-spec model
- Uses the same 199cc, single-cylinder engine
The 2020 KTM 200 Duke has been launched in the USA for USD 3,999 which translates to around Rs 2.98 lakh.
The motorcycle, which is exported from Bajaj’s plant in Chakan is slightly different than the India-spec model. It is equipped with a dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode which turns off the system to the rear wheel. This feature is currently available only on the KTM 250 Duke and 390 Duke in India. Nevertheless, we are likely to see it in the 200 Duke's 2021 update.
However, the rest of the US-spec KTM 200 Duke remains the same to its Indian counterpart. It features the new, aggressive design complete with LED DRLs in the headlamp, a sharper and larger fuel tank as well as exposed sub-frame that lends it a raw appeal.
The streetfighter is powered by a 199cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 24.6bhp of power and 19.2Nm of torque. It rides on 43mm upside down forks sourced from WP and a monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile, a 300mm disc for the front and a 230mm disc at the rear are responsible for braking.
