- BMW exports the G310 GS from India
- Japan model gets same features and engine

BMW Motorrad has launched the G310 GS in Japan with a price tag of JPY 708,000; an equivalent of Rs 4.79 lakh.
The BMW G310 GS is made in India and exported to various countries, including Japan. And the motorcycle is no different in terms of engine, features, or specifications from the Indian-spec model that was launched in late 2020. It features full-LED lighting for the headlamp, tail lamp, and turn indicators. The G310 GS also gets slightly revised styling with redesigned fuel tank extensions.
In Japan, the 2021 BMW G310 GS also sports the same colours. So there is the ‘Rallye’ paint scheme which comprises blue and black with red highlights and a red trellis frame. BMW is also offering the adventure touring motorcycle in Plain Polar White and a ‘40 Years GS’ Edition. As for features, the 2021 G310 GS is equipped with ride-by-wire throttle, adjustable clutch, and brake levers as well as a slipper clutch.
Powering the BMW G310 GS is a 312cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that manages to produce the 34bhp and 28Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
