- Royal Enfield Hunter 350 makes international debut
- No different than the model sold in India
- Likely to be introduced in the USA soon
Royal Enfield has introduced the India-made Hunter 350 to global markets at the Intermot Show 2022 in Cologne, Germany. It has been priced at 4,490 Euros which translates to roughly Rs 3.62 lakh.
Now, the motorcycle that will be sold internationally is no different than the one sold in India. Based on the J-platform as the Classic and Meteor, the Hunter 350 uses the same 349cc, single-cylinder engine that sits in the same frame as the other two models. What has changed though, is the sub-frame. That said, Royal Enfield is positioning the motorcycle as a stepping stone to the brand and entices new customers and riders with its affordable pricing, low seat height and a kerb weight that makes it the lightest Royal Enfield available.
In terms of features, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 sports an all-digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS and the Tripper Navigation as option. The only difference between the international model and the India model are the variants on offer. While India gets a base, spoke-wheel version with standard instrumentation and switchgear, the Hunter is only sold in the Retro version internationally. So it gets six colours under the Rebel and Dapper variants.
With it being launched in European markets, we can expect Royal Enfield to unveil the Hunter 350 in other countries like USA and Australia soon enough.
