- Royal Enfield Meteor to be sold in Europe and the USA soon
- Prices start from Rs 1.75 lakh in India
- Offered in three variants
Royal Enfield launched the most awaited Meteor 350 in India recently and is gearing up to export the motorcycle to international markets like Europe and America.
While the Meteor 350 makes complete sense for the European market due to the riding license classification based on displacement and power. However, it is surprising to see that Royal Enfield is looking to introduce the Meteor 350 in America wherein the smallest motorcycle was the 411cc-powered Himalayan. The manufacturer is expected to launch the motorcycle there sometime in early 2021 as the most-affordable Royal Enfield in America.
Nevertheless, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 exported to Europe and America are expected to have the same specs as the India-spec model. That includes a 349cc, single-cylinder, Euro 5-compliant engine that churns out 20.2bhp and 27Nm. The cruiser-style motorcycle will be offered in its three variants- Fireball, Stellar and Supernova in global markets as well. And it will undoubtedly sport the new navigation system which the brand calls ‘Tripper’.
In India, pricing for the Meteor 350 starts at nearly Rs 1.76 lakh (ex-showroom). And it competes against the Honda H’ness CB350 and its own sibling, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 in the country. You can read our full review of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 HERE.
