Polaris has revealed a new Icon paint series for the Indian Scout and the Roadmaster. To be available in limited numbers, these paint schemes are expected to be available in India next year.
The Scout is available in three solid paint schemes – yellow, blue and orange, and two dual-tone paint schemes – black/bronze and white/black. The Roadmaster on the other hand, is offered in two solid paint schemes – green and blue, and three dual-tone paint schemes – yellow/black, red/black and green/black.
While Indian offers a slew of options for accessories and customisation, the paint options were relatively limited. Loud and flashy paint schemes are quite popular among cruiser buyers, and this is an area where Indian’s biggest rival, Harley-Davidson, has so far maintained an edge. Now though, Indian has introduced the Icon paint series to up the oomph factor.
