Indian Motorcycle dealers are offering huge discounts on select BS4 models in India. The discount is applicable on the on-road prices of the bikes which ranges from Rs 3.57 lakh on the 2020 Scout to Rs 6.71 lakh on the 2018 Chief Dark Horse. Other models which are a part of this bonanza are the Scout Bobber, FTR 1200S and the FTR 1200S RR. The original and reduced on-road prices of the bikes are mentioned in below table.
The bikes which are on sale under this offer are pre-registered models but they are all-new with minimal reading on the odometer. Various manufacturers have resorted to selling pre-registered BS4 units as the Supreme Court’s BS6 deadline extension allows the dealers to sell only 10 per cent of the unsold BS4 stock within 10 days post the lockdown. Having pre-registered BS4 models will allow the dealers to sell them even after the deadline.
In the coming days, Indian Motorcycle is expected to launch all-new models such as the Scout Bobber Sixty and Challenger, besides introducing the updated BS6 models of the existing products.
