- Indian FTR 1200 gets new accessories created by Roland Sands
- Inspired by ‘Super Hooligan’ series
- Could be introduced in India
Indian Motorcycle has partnered with designer Roland Sands to create new accessories for the FTR 1200.
The range of parts, which are made by billet or forged aluminum, is said to be inspired by the ‘Super Hooligan’ American flat-track races wherein the FTR 1200 is allowed to compete along with the properly race-bred FTR 750.
It includes a wheelset, swing arm stand spools, brake and clutch levers, footpegs, frame sliders, handguards, engine covers, handgrips as well as brake reservoir caps.Apart from the RSD collection, Indian Motorcycle has also added four new accessories to its existing catalogue of over 40 optional extras.
The manufacturer is offering a carbon fibre headlight cover, carbon fibre Akrapovic exhausts along with two choices of tank graphics. While these would be available in international markets soon, we can expect it to be introduced in India after Indian Motorcycle launches the BS6-compliant 2020 FTR 1200 in the country.
