Indian Motorcycle has released teasers of its fifth motorcycle built in collaboration with whiskey manufacturer, Jack Daniel’s.
The two brands have revealed limited-edition motorcycles in the past based on the Scout Bobber,Springfield Dark Horse, and Chief Vintage. It also had a Jack Daniel’s edition Chieftain back in 2017. Moreover, the teaser images reveal that the 2020 version could be built on one the Chieftain Dark Horse.
And just like the other models built in collaboration with Indian Motorcycle and Jack Daniel’s, we can expect the 2020 version to be limited to 107 units; a nod to the iconic ‘Old No. 7 Brand’. Going by the teaser images, the Chieftain Dark Horse Jack Daniel’s edition will get a dark custom look with a contrasting copper colour and other bells and whistles to justify its exclusivity.
Indian Motorcycle has announced that the model will be revealed at the 80th Sturgis rally which will be held between 7-16 August 2020. Nevertheless, this special, whiskey-themed motorcycle is unlikely to be introduced in India anytime soon.
