Jawa 300 Classic bike teased; unveil on 15 November

Classic Legends, the company that will sell Jawa bikes in India have released a teaser video on its official website. 

The teaser video reveals a bit of the classic Jawa bike that was leaked a few days ago. The video ends with the unveil date and a text which says ‘Think you have seen it all? Think again!’ The video also reveals the exhaust note of the upcoming Jawa bike. The company claims that they have worked a lot to get the original Jawa sound back. 

The company will reveal three bikes on 15 November. While one of it will be like a classic roadster, the other bikes are expected to be a Scrambler and a Bobber. All three bikes are powered by the same 293cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 27bhp and 28Nm of torque. It will be mated to a six-speed gearbox and final chain drive. 

These bikes are not expected to get any of the modern technologies like ride-by-wire or traction control system but will get ABS. In terms of pricing, we are expecting the new Jawas to carry a starting price tag of Rs 1.5 lakhs to Rs 1.7 lakhs.
