Jawa Motorcycles has opted a different strategy to carry out the same of its newly launched bobber-styled, Perak. The firm had conducted a new initiative called ‘Perak Fridays’ targeted at existing as well as aspiring owners.
The new program involves night rides which allow customers to take a test ride of the motorcycle, held at dealerships across the country. Although the first edition of the night ride had the Perak lead the convey, owners of the Jawa Classic and Forty-Two and also local Jawa clubs can enrol for the program. With this initiative, Jawa Motorcycles wants to provide the customers with a chance to experience the Perak, in its natural habitat which is the afterhours and darkness.
The company will be conducting full-fledged night rides for Perak owners once the deliveries of the motorcycles commence from 2 April 2020. Jawa had showcased the Perak for the first time at the launch the brand followed by its official launch in November 2020. The motorcycle has been priced at Rs 1.94 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). Bookings for the bobber are already being accepted via the company’s official website and dealerships but are open for a limited period.
