Kawasaki India has launched a smartphone application which goes by the name IKM Connect. This app is currently available only for android users, however, there are plans to launch an iOS app.
The company introduced this app for its existing customers to offer more hassle-free aftersales experience. Through this application, a Kawasaki customer can book service appointments at any service centres across the country. Along with this, the customer can also keep a track of past services. The customers can also be able to see service camp dates which are operated via Kawasaki's mobile service van.
In addition to the above mentioned features, the app also shows spare parts availability and upcoming events. The Kawasaki owners can also browse through some aftermarket motorcycle accessories and Kawasaki merchandise.
