The Ninja 1100SX looks identical to the Ninja 1000. It has carried over the same split LED headlight with the transparent visor and sharp body panels overall. The Ninja 1100SX is a sports tourer just like its predecessor and has retained the majority of the proportions as well. Kawasaki offers the Ninja 1100SX in a single colour - Metallic Diablo Black.

One of the biggest changes for the litre-class Ninja is the engine. It now gets the 1100SX tag since a 1099cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine now powers the bike. It makes 136bhp at 9,000rpm and 113Nm at 7,600rpm. The motor is linked to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slipper clutch.

The Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX use the same chassis as before but benefits from a bigger rear disc brake setup. Apart from that, it gets the same USD front forks with preload, rebound, and compression adjustability. The Ninja 1100SX rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 120//70 front and 190/50 rear Bridgestone Battlax S23 tyres.
Price
Kawasaki has priced the Ninja 1100SX at Rs. 13.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It rivals the Suzuki Katana in the litre class category.
