- Gets an impressive price tag of Rs 2.98 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi)
- Price reduction is a result of heavy localisation
- Available in two colours
Kawasaki has finally launched the Ninja 300 ABS in India for Rs 2.98 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). This is the first time the Ninja 300 is being offered with anti-lock braking system (ABS).
This new variant is priced almost Rs 62,000 less than the older model. This has been possible due to heavy localisation. The body panels, tyres and wheels on this Ninja 300 are locally sourced, due to which there has been a massive reduction in overall cost. Till now, Kawasaki used to source most of components for the Ninja 300 from the Thailand and Indonesian plants.
The new Ninja 300 ABS will be sold in two colour options – lime green ebony and candy plasma blue. Kawasaki is also offering ‘3 years unlimited mileage warranty offer’ on some pre-bookings. The company claims that this offer will be discontinued without any prior intimation.
