- On-road price reduced by Rs 10,000
- Offer valid till 31 December 2022
Kawasaki dealers across India are offering a cash discount of Rs 10,000 on the purchase of the Ninja 300. The offer is applicable on the on-road price of the motorcycle and is valid till 31 December 2022. This is perhaps a stock-clearance sale from the brand before introducing the new 2023 iteration of the bike. The ex-showroom price of the Ninja 300 is Rs 3.40 lakh (before the discount).
The price of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 has been hiked twice since the launch of its 2022 model in April this year. Despite bestowing it with just updated graphics, the company had increased its price by Rs 13,000 over the 2021 edition. This was followed by a marginal price bump of Rs 3,000 in August. Now, the aforementioned discount should help the brand counter the effects of multiple price hikes and attract more buyers.
The Ninja 300 is powered by a 296cc, parallel-twin mill that churns out 38.88 bhp and 26.1 Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox along with a slipper clutch. Underpinned by a steel tube chassis, it gets telescopic forks, a preload-adjustable monoshock, and a single disc at both ends with dual-channel ABS. The motorcycle is pretty basic on the feature front with a conventional headlamp, LED tail lamp, and a semi-digital console sans Bluetooth connectivity.
The Kawasaki Ninja 300 competes against the KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR310, BMW G310 RR, and the Keeway K300 R.
